Convenient Location📍: the hotel was situated not too far from here in a fantastic area. Our room was awesome and had a nice, chilled-out vibe.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Guadalajara, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and knew how to help. The room was big and comfy, ideal for 3 nights. Its location was comfortable and particularly good, in a great area.

We had a great stay at a small boutique hotel in a prime location. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had excellent security, making us feel safe. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. And the attached cafe had delicious coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located close to the U.S. Consulate, Suites Chapultepec provided a clean and comfortable stay for my visit. The room was spotlessly clean and the 24-hour reception and security made me feel safe throughout my stay.

Although the room was a bit small for all our belongings, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the young lady in the restaurant during breakfast. The air conditioning worked well to keep the room cool, despite being a bit noisy.

Best Aspects for Xmas Stay:

We did find the room to be quite small and lacking in storage space, which made it difficult for us to keep all of our belongings organized. Additionally, while the hotel did offer some amenities, such as parking arrangements, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer many other perks for the price we paid.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to Guadalajara's downtown. It is within walking distance to Chapultepec and centro, offering easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The little cafe nextdoor serves great coffee, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and safe environment for families with small kids. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff make the stay even more enjoyable.

Limited parking availability may be an inconvenience for guests with vehicles.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

It was a decent hotel, with well-maintained facilities and courteous staff. the location was quite convenient and closer to downtown, with easy access to public transportation. the room had an air conditioner that worked well and kept us cool, and the king-size bed was comfortable to lie on. the breakfast was a plus, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

The charges for the hotel services were not transparent enough, and we ended up paying more than we expected.

suites chapultepec exceeded my expectations. clean, comfy, very friendly staff. attached coffee shop with great coffee. can walk to appointments. highly recommend!
